Function std.datetime.SysTimeToSYSTEMTIME
This function is Windows-Only.
Converts a SysTime to a SYSTEMTIME struct.
The SYSTEMTIME which is returned will be set using the given
SysTime's time zone, so to get the SYSTEMTIME in
UTC, set the SysTime's time zone to UTC.

void* SysTimeToSYSTEMTIME( const(SysTime) sysTime ) @safe;
Parameters
| Name | Description |

| sysTime | The SysTime to convert. |
Throws
DateTimeException if the given SysTime will not fit in a
SYSTEMTIME. This will only happen if the SysTime's date is
prior to 1601 A.D.
