Function std.datetime.TimeOfDay.fromISOString
Creates a TimeOfDay
from a string with the format HHMMSS.
Whitespace is stripped from the given string.

TimeOfDay fromISOString(S)( S isoString ) pure @safe if (isSomeString!S);
