			Template std.traits.areAllSafe
			Deprecated. It's badly named and provides redundant functionality. It was
also badly broken prior to 2.060 (bug# 8362), so any code which uses it
probably needs to be changed anyway. Please use allSatisfy(
instead. This will be removed in June 2015.
